Well , now he ’s released a book that break his john , which are highly questionable and inordinately unscientific . Amongst the stranger claims of the account book is that he becameimmune to sunburnbecause he drinks 11.4liters(2.5gallons)of water a day .
But that ’s not how it works . That ’s not how it make at all .
Tom wrote in his book , The TB12 Method : How to accomplish a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance , that he stopped getting sunburn thanks to his water supply consumption .
