Hank Williams Jr.and his fiancée have tied the knot!
Just days afterannouncing his engagement, the country singer, 74, married fiancée Brandi on Saturday in an intimate ceremony in Alabama, according to a statement shared to hisofficial Facebook page.
“Please congratulate Mr. And Mrs. Hank Williams Jr!" the statement read. “Hank and Brandi were married on Sept 9, 2023 at Enon Baptist Church in Banks, Alabama in front of a small group of family and friends.”
Though the couple only recently shared news of their upcoming wedding, the statement said Williams popped the question on Mother’s Day in May, and that he and Brandi, 43, “have known each other and been friends since 2003.”
Williams' happy news comes a year-and-a-half after theloss of his wife Mary Jane Thomas, who died of surgery complications in March 2022. The pair were married for 32 years.
Though the “Family Tradition” singer has kept his relationship with Brandi largely under the radar, he first posted a picture of her toInstagramin January, a shot of them hunting together with the caption, “Sweethearts, Hank & Brandi.”
Then on July 4, heshared a photoof his bride-to-be showing off her catch while on a fishing trip.
Theirengagement was announcedSept. 4 on the Facebook page of his Pure Hank radio show.
“The newly engaged outlaw country music and southern rock legend Hank Williams, Jr. alongside his beautiful and lovely fiancé[e] Brandi,” the post’s caption read, alongside a happy photo of the pair.

Williams paid tribute to his late wife Thomas in April 2022, writing that “her kind spirit and beautiful and endearing love carries on in the hearts of our son, Sam, grandsons Beau and Tennyson, and granddaughter Audrey Jane.”
Williams was previously married to Gwen Yeargain from 1971 to 1977 and to Becky White from 1977 to 1983.
