Hail Santa ! Looks like we ’re not going to have to await until time of year two to get more of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina . Creator Roberto Aguirre - Sacasa has announced that the serial is getting a surprise holiday extra next month .
Aguirre - Sacasa revealed the news onTwitterthat Chilling Adventures of Sabrina would be deck thedevilish hallsand filling the stocking with lumps of hellfire - smoked ember . The special Solstice installment , called “ A Midwinter ’s Tale , ” go far on Netflix December 14 — one week before this twelvemonth ’s actual winter solstice , for the record .

As a fan of the original vacation special onSabrina The Teenage Witch , let ’s just say I was exceedingly ecstatic for this word . Of of course , I ’m hazard Chilling Adventure ’s forays into the Most Wonderful Time of the Year wo n’t include things like Salem getting kidnapped by a kid who loves Neil Diamond , or Sabrina call a “ cool adolescent club ” for anti - holiday witch , unwittingly erasing Christmas from the face of the Earth ( RIP “ Bobunk ” ) . But I ’m excited to bring another bewitching holiday special to my one-year Parousia calendar .
