Action movie fable Bruce Willis is apparently eyeing up a sound battle to guarantee that he can pass his monolithic iTunes program library onto his children when he dies .
The Daily Mail is reportingthat Willis is concerned about the fact that upon his death his total music collection will revert to Apple ownership . As a result , he ’s have some major steps to see that his tunes instead run straight off to his three daughters .
So far , he ’s been look into “ mob faith ” which act as legal holders of the downloaded music . But the Mail also reports that he ’s prepared to take Apple to court over the issue . Speaking to the Mail , lawyer Chirs Walton explained :

“ Lots of people will be surprised on learning all those tracks and books they have buy over the years do n’t actually belong to to them . It ’s only innate you would want to pass them on to a love one . The law will enchant up , but ideally Apple and the like will update their policies and work out the good solution for their client . ”
While the idea of Willis battling Apple to pass over his MP3s to his daughter sounds a little absurd , it could well set a precedent which influence the future of digital rights . In the meantime , though , let ’s watch Willis singing Under The Boardwalk , which must be top of the lean of birdsong he want to keep in the kinfolk . [ Daily MailviaGuardian ]
