Amazon is reportedly in the midst of genus Beta quiz a VOD HD effectuation for TiVo machine . The quality is apparently “ outstanding , ” and the reformist downloads allegedly handle surround sound quite well .
We ’re keeping this news in rumor soil for now , but there is visual evidence out there that this beta trial run is indeed happening . Our tout David over at Zatz Not Funny vouches for the accuracy of his sources ( who also append the pictures ) .
Other things of note : The current program library is ( unsurprisingly ) passably circumscribed , but at the very least we do get our gentleman Tony Stark here .
