We ’re not sure what to cogitate about Tim Burton ’s Dark Shadows . The trailer wasscreamingly silly , and yet Burton has say over and over that hedoesn’t view this movie as a comedy .

So what is it ? A hor - com ? We ’re not sure — but what we do know is that the costume in this freshly released collection of still are goddamned gorgeous , and there ’s hardly a stripped pair of leotards in the bunch . So is this a newfangled side of Burton , or more of the same ?
Dark Shadows will hit theatre on May 11th .
